Leeds United Supporters Trust AGM 13th January 2010, 7.30pm, Legends Lounge, Elland Road, Leeds.

Agenda

1. Short introduction by current Acting Chairman Gary Cooper.
2. Presentation of Accounts by Treasurer Malcolm Christie.
3. Election of Board: Including Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer.
4. Recruitment: presentation By Steve Cooke.
5. Media and marketing: presentation by Lee Hicken.
6. Possible Trust/Club Initiative: presentation by Mark Jordan.
7. Any other business.

Should anyone wish to stand for election to the board please let us know either in advance or on the night.
Copies of the accounts will be made available to all members in attendance and can be made available to members who cannot attend by request.
The minutes of the meeting will be published on this website within 14 days of the AGM.
We hope to see as many members as can make the meeting and look forward to enjoying a drink and a chat in Billys Bar after the AGM.

Has this been announced on all the forums, or just this one? I know the email went out to all members, just curious whether it was decided to announce it elsewhere as well.

the meeting went very well indeed mate, the minutes should be available for all to read in the next few days.

we had 18 in attendance, all very vocal, all had an input into discussions and i am pretty sure all went away feeling good about the future of the Trust.
